Important Information re Vaccinations
- All cats staying with us must have up to date Vaccinations.
- The Primary Course of Vaccinations (both 1st and 2nd doses) must have been completed no less than 28 days before the start of the Booking or as directed by your Vet.
- Vaccines used must be licensed for use in the UK.
- Homoeopathic vaccination is not acceptable
Heating Supplement
All Reservations for stays starting between 1st October and 31st March will be subject to a £1 per night Heating Supplement
Mandatory microchipping from 10th June 2024
Following the governments announcement that all pet cats in the UK must be microchipped by the time they are 20 weeks old and that the rule came into effect from 10th June 2024 we continue to review the impact this has had on our Terms and Conditions
Each of our 5 Chalets:
- can house 1 or 2 Cats (from the same Household)
- have their own run
- have independent digitally controlled heating

Standard Drop Off \ Collection Times:
- Mon-Fri 9:30am-10:00am \ 6:30pm-7:00pm
- Weekends\Bank Holidays by appointment
Our main Booking conditions:
- All Cats need to be neutered
- Flea and\or Worming treatments are given if necessary before arrival
- A non-refundable deposit is required
- The balance is payable prior to Drop-off
