We are a Family run Establishment which prides itself on providing individual care and attention to its residents

The Cattery is set in a mature garden setting providing a quiet and relaxing environment

Important Information re Vaccinations

  • All cats staying with us must have up to date Vaccinations.
  • The Primary Course of Vaccinations (both 1st and 2nd doses) must have been completed no less than 28 days before the start of the Booking or as directed by your Vet.
  • Vaccines used must be licensed for use in the UK.
  • Homoeopathic vaccination is not acceptable

Heating Supplement

All Reservations for stays starting between 1st October and 31st March will be subject to a £1 per night Heating Supplement

Providing Toys from home

From 01/01/25 we are able to accept new or sterilised small toys (e.g. table tennis balls, feather wand, etc) brought from home

however Willow Tree Cattery reserve the right not to accept all or any of the items at their sole discretion.

Alternatively an Environmental Enrichment pack can be provided at a cost of £10.

No Bedding will be accepted

Each of our 5 Chalets:

  • can house 1 or 2 Cats (from the same Household)
  • have their own run
  • have independent digitally controlled heating

  • Cats fed twice daily

  • Adequate Car Parking


Standard Drop Off \ Collection Times:

  • Mon-Fri 9:30am-10:00am \ 6:30pm-7:00pm
  • Weekends\Bank Holidays by appointment

Our main Booking conditions:

  • All Cats need to be neutered
  • Flea and\or Worming treatments are given if necessary before arrival
  • A non-refundable deposit is required
  • The balance is payable prior to Drop-off
